Theory of Innovation: an anthropocentric approach.

This lecture aims to introduce a Theory of Innovation focused on human ontology with possible evolution to the development of innovative organizational cultures, focusing at institutional sustainability. The Theory is based on an Epistemological Model of Thinking, Feeling and Willing, integrating meta-processes toward Creative Imagination, Inspiration and Intuition, universally applicable to the Epistemology of any specific science (Natural or Human Science) . The structure and development of the Innovation Theory are based on a dialectic between the processes of descend causation with ascend (upwards) causation , creating two-way path between sensitive and supra-sensítive phenomena, integrating spirituality, philosophy, quantum physics, psychology, cognitive models, strategies and management , deployment models and methods, and software technology. Show ways to integrate Science and Spirituality. We think a philosophy closer to freedom and universal brotherhood, allowing healthy convergence between the material and spiritual, within a dualism-to-monism and Transdisciplinary approach. Several applications in organizational reality will be presented to illustrate the Theory presented, facilitating the understanding of the most complex passages.
